Quality Assurance
At Prosafe International, it is our ongoing quality commitment that drives our design & manufacture of unmatched quality Personal Protective Equipment that successfully aligns with ISO 9001:2000 quality norms. Thus, combining best-of-breed technology, comfort and ergonomic features, we manufacture a complete line of Safety Footwear, Gloves and Work wear that meets a wide variety of workers' safety needs.
In consonance with our Quality Assurance System, we ensure that our adopted quality standard is regularly monitored and audited by a qualified quality control team, so that our products and services always remain in tune with our customer’s exact needs and safety preferences. Our products are also tested as per the latest European Norms for Safety.
Additionally, we have at our disposal an in-house testing laboratory wherein all necessary tests on raw materials are conducted to ensure optimal performance and compatibility prior to usage in the production line. Furthermore, semi-finished and finished products are randomly quality-evaluated and tested in accordance with the minimum in-house requirements along with customer specifications and EN / BIS Norms.
- CE: Prosafe products have been tested to the Directive for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Directive No. 89/686/EEC and carries the CE Mark accordingly.
- ISI: Our Safety Footwear have also been tested by Bureau of Indian Standards as per BIS:15298 standard and carries the ISI Mark accordingly.
